International Energy Forum
India and IEF have a long-standing collaboration. India has been the Permanent Member of the Executive Board since its set-up in 2002. Joint Secretary (IC), MoPNG is the executive board member of the IEF.
IEF has been playing al leading role in strengthening international cooperation through dialogue between consumers and producers of energy. On 7th February 2023, India in Association with IEF hosted 9th Asian Ministerial Energy Roundtable (AMER9) on the sidelines of India Energy Week 2023.
Recently, Hon’ble Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas & Housing and Urban Affairs had a meeting with Secretary general of IEF, Mr. Joseph McMoniglein October 2023.
