Application Process for obtaining Market Authorisation through NSWS Portal

Brief Overview of the Application Process on NSWS Portal:
- Applicant will have to Sign-up and thereafter log in to his account on the NSWS Portal
- Applicant shall have to click on "All Approvals"-> "Central Approvals" -> Select “Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas” under the Ministries Tab ->Select ”Authorization for Bulk Marketing of Transport Fuels (Motor Spirit & High Speed Diesel)” or “Authorization for Retail Marketing of Transport Fuels (Motor Spirit & High Speed Diesel)
- Click on “Add to My Approvals” tab. After adding to “My Approvals” the same shall be visible in the applicant’s dashboard.
- Upon clicking on “Apply now”, Applicant will first have to fill the Common Registration Form of NSWS to view the Bulk and Retail Application Forms.
- After the applicant has filled the Common Registration Form and validated his CIN number, he can choose the type of Market Authorisation for which he is interested and accordingly fill the same and submit for authorisation.
